England made the final and lost on the lottery of penalties – A great set of players that have restored the nation with pure joy. It was one of the best months of my life and I was fortunate to go to every knockout game at Wembley. I never thought I’d have the opportunity. A massive congratulations to Italy. A well deserved win and if I’m being honest, they were the best team in the tournament. Well done Azzuri. On a separate note, to the hooligans that ruined the occasion, shame on you. Racism and hooliganism has never and will never be acceptable and I hope you’re all brought accountable. To the players, hold your heads up high. Photos Finally back on Instagram (properly!) 🔥 I’ve taken a long break recently and it’s done so much for me. I love interacting with new people and uploading cool photos, but the pressure of social media has taken its toll on my confidence in recent months. I was constantly comparing myself to others who have amazing bodies and showcase their lifestyles and it definitely was not healthy, but I’ve learnt that it’s important to value myself more, especially over the idea of the perfect body or a movie star face.
